BMS Demo 1
Fast HTML demo with floor plan, power view and capacity simulation for walkthroughs, presentations, and first customer conversations.
In-house development. Monitoring. Alarm history.
We are developing GDS BMS specifically for data centers. Power supply, cooling and sensors in one understandable plant view: explore our interactive demos and help shape the next stage of development with us.
In-house development focused on critical infrastructure. The public demos use simulated data, not connected customer plants.
Temperature, relative humidity, IT load and power paths in an interactive hall model. Demo 2 updates simulated measurements once per second.
Record occurrence, acknowledgement, severity changes and resolution separately. Demo 2 keeps the alarm journal after reload; notes and CSV export make events traceable.
Consider IT power, cooling demand and plant losses together. Simulated PUE responds to plant state. Real savings require project-specific measurements and assessment.
Interactive floor plans with real-time data. Racks, CRAHs, sensors — all at a glance.
Simulated A/B supply: transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators, PDUs and rack loads.
Simulate a CRAC fault and observe temperature, available cooling capacity and power over time. Not a substitute for CFD design.
Virtual temperature, humidity and dew-point sensors with history; humidifier states in the hall model.
Floor plan, equipment details and switchable subsystem layers. The demo displays door and security states, not live access control.
Explore transformer loss, UPS battery operation, generator start and CRAC faults. Reset scenarios without deleting their alarm history.
Time filters for 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 and 30 days. Records only while the demo is running; saved locally in the browser (IndexedDB), including mean, minimum and maximum.
Export measurements and alarm events with UTC timestamps, units, aggregation intervals and simulation provenance.
Responsive history and journal views for desktop and smartphones. No app installation required.
Attach checks to an alarm occurrence. Demo operator names are freely chosen labels, not authenticated users or audit-proof signatures.
Real field devices are selected for each plant, interface and test requirement. These categories are project components, not a released GDS hardware catalogue.
Experience our BMS in two interactive demo modes — as a fast live preview or as a more detailed control center with hall model, alarms, and layers.

Infrastructure BMS with simulated power paths and failure scenarios. Now with locally saved sensor trends, time filters, alarm journal, acknowledgement, notes and CSV export.
For a real installation we agree data points, field devices, interfaces, access rights, a central historian and notification paths. Modbus, BACnet, SNMP and other protocols are project-specific integration options; no such plant connections are active in the public demo.
A Building Management System connects power, cooling and sensor states with operational workflows. GDS develops plant views and simulation tools. Real plant connections are scoped separately with your operations team, including projects in Frankfurt and Rhine-Main.
Define the source, unit, update interval and plausibility limits for every data point. Missing or stale values must be identifiable. Temperature in °C, power in kW and relative humidity in % must clearly refer to their measurement location.
Agree thresholds, delays, priorities, responsibilities and escalation routes. Acknowledgement and return to normal are separate events. Email or other notifications belong to a project integration; they are not active in the public demo.
Check data points and state changes before handover, such as supply lost, UPS on battery or cooling unit fault. The operator approves each test case; a real plant outage is not an uncontrolled demo test.
A plant overview, existing protocols and data-point lists, measurement locations, alarm routes, access requirements and retention needs. Central historian, roles, backups and device connections are assessed per project; the demo's IndexedDB history stays local on your device.
Discuss BMS for your data centerGDS combines in-house BMS development with electrical engineering and infrastructure services for data centers. Our registered base is Ergolding; Frankfurt and Rhine-Main are project service areas.
An agreed data-point list, tested device connections, secure user roles, central storage and backups. These are project-planning steps; a demo archive on one device does not replace them.
During transformer loss, the team can trace the switch to UPS battery and generator supply. Acknowledgement records receipt, not resolution. Measurement trends support a shared root-cause investigation.
Describe the plant, existing protocols, relevant measurements and required alarm routes. We define a pilot scope and discuss testing, commissioning and handover.
